Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Wokreel when you use our app and website. By using Wokreel, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use Wokreel

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you. Please give accurate details and keep access to your email secure, because you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

Your work stays yours. By posting it, you give Wokreel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, adapt for different screens, display and share it so we can run and promote the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared or that we must keep by law.

Only post what you made or have the right to share. Label work honestly, including work made or edited with AI, and only use Before & After for a real change.

What's not allowed

• Nudity, sexual content, or anything that sexualises or endangers children.
• Violence, threats, harassment, hate, or content that encourages harm.
• Scams, fake work, impersonation, or misleading claims about what you can do.
• Illegal goods or services, or someone else's work or private information shared without permission.
• Spam, attempts to manipulate Respect, views or challenges, or interfering with or copying the service by automated means.

Report anything that breaks these rules from the post or profile. We also use automatic checks, which can hide a post until a person has reviewed it. We may remove content, limit reach, warn, suspend or ban accounts. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal in the app.

Orders and dealing with artisans

Wokreel helps people find artisans and start a conversation. We don't take payments and we aren't part of any deal between you. Prices, quality, delivery, refunds and any dispute are between the customer and the artisan. Artisans are independent, not our employees, and we don't check or guarantee their work. Take sensible care before paying or meeting anyone.

Challenges and Work of the Day

We may run challenges and feature posts. Entries must follow these terms and the challenge's rules. We choose what's featured and who wins, and may remove entries that break the rules. Featuring your work may include showing it across Wokreel and in our promotion, under the licence above.

The service

We're always improving Wokreel, so features may change or stop. We provide the service "as is" and can't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Wokreel isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what users post or do, including deals between users. Nothing here removes rights you have by law that can't be removed.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms in an important way, we'll tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Wokreel after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
